Setting up your account

If you want to use eLuminate to manage your cases, our Client Services team will set up eLuminate to best suit your firm. All we need from you is knowledge about how your firm currently operates, and what you wish to use eLuminate for. Client Services can then create custom views and custom fields to better organize your cases, leads, or both.

Client Services can also convert all of your custom documents (such as retainer packages, requests for medical releases, etc.) to be used on eLuminate. This allows you to get paperwork signed quickly through electronic signature. Simply send us your documents and we can take care of the rest!

Troubleshooting lead or eLuminate technical difficulties

If something goes awry with your service, we have a full-time technical support team working here to address any problems. For example, if you opt to use our live-transfer lead option but can’t seem to connect with claimants, we can send you test leads to determine whether the issue is on our end, or a problem with your office’s phone service.

If a view or feature on eLuminate doesn’t seem to be working, Client Services can go into your account and try to correct the issue. If we cannot find a glaring error, we can share your computer screen so you can directly show us the issue. Some issues are easily fixable with just a software update.

But what if technically, nothing is going wrong, but your firm just isn’t converting leads? Client Services can help you with that as well. By looking at your eLuminate account and seeing what leads are converting, Client Services can make campaign recommendations. Sometimes all it takes is adding a single filter, or removing one underperforming zip code to dramatically increase your conversion rate.
