Introducing eLuminate Client Management

The moment which we have been awaiting has finally arrived. After three years of development, we will be unveiling eLuminate Client Management by eGen at the Social Security Conference in San Diego.

eLuminate represents the natural evolution of our online Client Portal from a lead management system to a client management system. Offering unparalleled flexibility, accessibility, and usability, eLuminate furnishes both solo practitioners and larger law firms with the tools needed to run their practices more efficiently and more profitably.

Join Us for Cocktails in San Diego

We will be exhibiting at the upcoming Social Security Conference in San Diego, which will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego on October 9-12. September Portal Tip: Add a Custom Field

Custom fields are what make the eGen Client Portal so powerful. While you are welcome to use the "out-of-the-box" version of the Portal, adding custom fields allows you to tailor the Portal to the specific goals of your firm. You can add text fields, paragraph fields, radio buttons, select lists, and date fields. Adding a custom field is easy and can help you start capturing the data needed to make your firm more effective at retaining cases.

Simply click Settings --> Custom Fields to add a custom of field of your choosing. If you need assistance, please feel free to submit a support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
