New Portal Feature: Schedule Events
As you know, the Client Portal is a great tool make your lead follow-up more efficient and seamless. With our most recent update, you now have the ability to schedule events within your Portal calendar.
Whether it's an important follow-up call with a qualified lead or scheduling an appointment with a client prospect, the Events feature keeps you organized and on track.
Events can be scheduled from within the Lead Viewer or by clicking the "Activities" tab in your account.

July Portal Tip: Creating Custom Views
The Portal comes pre-built with some default lead views. Tired of certain fields clogging up your screen? Want to add custom fields to your view? Simply click "Manage Views" and "Add View." Here, you can choose columns to view, specify criteria for the view, and configure grouping options.
