Lead Reply Address Is Now Claimant's Address

Previously, when you received a lead in your inbox, the default "reply to" e-mail address was mailer@egenerationmarketing.com. This could have caused trouble for those who desired the ability to quickly send a reply e-mail to the claimant upon receiving the lead. We have since updated our system, so now when you receive a lead and reply to the e-mail notification in your inbox, the "reply to" e-mail address is automatically populated with the e-mail address that the claimant provides. This is but one step that can help save time in during your follow-up effort.

Live-Transferring Available for PI/WC leads

Although the primary means for generating the leads you receive is still by potential claimants completing a web-form and submitting their information online, every so often a potential claimant will call into our office seeking representation for their claim. We are now able to conduct live transfers of these call-ins to the clients in our network. If you purchase Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation leads and would like to become eligible to receive these live-transfer leads, submit a ticket. Keep in mind, however, that a very large majority of your leads will still be generated in the traditional manner via web form submission.
