This will also help us improve the quality of the leads you receive, and your overall success with the service.

Marking "Lead Result" in eLuminate

To do this, you must mark the leads you wish to pursue as either “Desired” or “Signed”, based on whether you have sent out or received back a retainer document. You must also mark the disposition reason for leads that you do not wish to pursue. Once the "Lead Result" is updated to which leads you pursue and which you reject, we are able to analyze the sources that generate those leads and look at any trends that may be apparent.

For Legal Case Lead Clients

If we notice there are certain sources producing legal case leads that perform particularly well, we can increase our investment in sources that produce higher-quality case leads and reduce our investment in sources that produce lower-quality leads. By doing this, we hope that the overall quality of the legal case leads you receive will improve and that you will be able to retain a higher percentage of cases.

Infographic

Simply taking a few minutes to mark the results of your legal case leads can vastly impact your return on investment with eGenerationMarketing.

If you'd like to learn more about our client management software, eLuminate,and/or you'd like a one-on-one tutorial, please feel free to fill out a contact form and/or call us at 617.800.0089.

mab Mon, 05/11/2015 - 09:59 Mon, 11 May 2015 13:59:32 +0000 mab 126 at https://egenerationmarketing.com Average ODAR Approval Rates https://egenerationmarketing.com/blog/average-odar-approval-rate Average ODAR Approval Rates

The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) is responsible for holding hearings, issuing decisions, and reviewing appeals as part of the Social Security Administration's process for determining and individual’s eligibility to receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), as well as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. As part of this process, the ODAR oversees hearings at 168 different locations across the United States, and as of September 2014, the average wait time in the United States is 12.5 months for an SSI or SSDI hearing, while the total average time to process a case is 405 days. Overall, the nationwide average for winning a disability case at the hearing level is 44%.

The below map and table shows the weighted average approval rating by state for Social Security Disability cases nationwide. Approval data for each ODAR was compiled from www.ssa.gov/appeals/DataSets/archive/archive_data_reports.html. Please keep in mind however, that this map reflects combined average approval ratings for both fully, as well as partially approved awards. This map also reflects a weighted average, meaning that individual ODAR’s location that process a higher volume of cases were given more weight when calculating the overall average.

At eGenerationMarketing, we have been helping disability attorneys and advocates expand their practice in their desired ODAR offices for over 5 years. crucial to consider your Cost-Per-Case. Although the retention rate may be lower than that of other forms of advertising, such as TV or print, the leads are priced in a way that you can still achieve a very attractive case acquisition cost. As illustrated, out of 200 Social Security leads at $25 per lead, if only 9 turn into fee-generating cases, it costs only $556 to acquire a fee-generating case.

It is important to know your Cost-Per-Case (CPC) as it is a key metric in evaluating the overall return on your investment. Since the Return On Investment (ROI) is calculated by taking the dollars won per case minus the cost to acquire that case and dividing that by the cost to acquire the case, the smaller your CPC, the larger your return will be. Assuming you were able to achieve a CPC of $556, and the average fee won is $3000, you would see $4.40 in profit returned for every $1 spent, or an ROI of 440%. This would mean that you would make $22,000 of profit for every $5000 spent.

mab Fri, 06/13/2014 - 11:41 Fri, 13 Jun 2014 15:41:43 +0000 mab 97 at https://egenerationmarketing.com eGen News - March 2014 https://egenerationmarketing.com/blog/march_2014_newsletter eGen News - March 2014

Free Book for Helping Your Social Security Practice
If you have not already received one, submit a ticket to request a complimentary copy of Taking the Lead: Leveraging Online Lead Generation to Grow Your Social Security Practice. We hope you had a wonderful New Year and are just as excited about 2014 as we are here at eGenerationMarketing. With the turn of the calendar, we already have had some exciting developments.
Lead Reply Address Is Now Claimant's Address
Previously, when you received a lead in your inbox, the default "reply to" e-mail address was mailer@egenerationmarketing.com. This could have caused trouble for those who desired the ability to quickly send a reply e-mail to the claimant upon receiving the lead. We have since updated our system, so now when you receive a lead and reply to the e-mail notification in your inbox, the "reply to" e-mail address is automatically populated with the e-mail address that the claimant provides. This is but one step that can help save time in during your follow-up effort.
Live-Transferring Available for PI/WC leads
Although the primary means for generating the leads you receive is still by potential claimants completing a web-form and submitting their information online, every so often a potential claimant will call into our office seeking representation for their claim. We are now able to conduct live transfers of these call-ins to the clients in our network. If you purchase Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation leads and would like to become eligible to receive these live-transfer leads, submit a ticket. Keep in mind, however, that a very large majority of your leads will still be generated in the traditional manner via web form submission.
mab Tue, 02/04/2014 - 09:59 Tue, 04 Feb 2014 14:59:22 +0000 mab 91 at https://egenerationmarketing.com eGen News - December 2013 https://egenerationmarketing.com/blog/december_2013_newsletter eGen News - December 2013

Happy Holidays from eGenerationMarketing

From everyone here at eGenerationMarketing, we would like to extend to you our most heartfelt wishes for a happy holiday and a wonderful New Year. In order to make your follow-up process as streamlined and efficient as possible, we have now abridged the text leads to contain crucial information, and to be sent in one single text message.

How did we do this year?

2013 has been a very exciting year for eGenerationMarketing. In addition to seeing continued growth in our Social Security, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation markets, 2013 also saw the unveiling of our eLuminate Client Management System.
